At Beshie Beauty, we strive to ensure you love your lashes as much as we do. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Hygiene Policy: For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of our lash products. All sales are final.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at heybeshie@beshiebeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of defective or damaged items, once we verify the issue, we will provide a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
